Orders Manager

Hello 

Need your help again to find or develop this EA that can manage pending orders with the following requirements.  

1. When initially place pending orders manually at any given price; the EA must then set TP and SL automatically for us according to the default TP/SL settings we input. The TP/SL lines should be adjustable for some manual/visual on chart adjustments. Even when the pending orders are not triggered/filled yet the TP/SL lines must be displayed on the chart for manual adjustments. 
2. Now there are two similar but separate moods the EA should operates on. The first one is the NDRL mood (Negative Directions Reversal Loop). Upon NDRL is set on to an active mood, any trade that hits it's SL the EA replaces it with new pending order in exact same place of the original lose trade, but in reverse direction of the previous or original order that hit SL. Everything else such as the Lots Size, SL and TP stays the same as the original trade that closed negative as a result of hitting it's SL. The only change or difference to the new pending order would be it's reversed direction against the original negative trade. The loop of automatic reversal negative orders continues whenever a trade hits it's SL then NDRL kicks in to the reverse pending order at the exact price but against the original negative trade.
3. The second mood is the PDCL (Positive Directions Continuation Loop), it is a simple loop of placing more pending orders in the same direction of any previous winning trade that closes by hitting TP. If pending order triggers and goes on to hit it's TP line then PDCL kicks in to automatically put in place new identical pending order of the previous order to hit it's TP at the exact place, with the same Lot Size, TP and SL setting.
4. Some visual info and a button on chart for quick activation/deactivation of both NDRL and PDCL would have been nice to have it but not an absolute necessary requirement.
