Building A High frequency bot

I want to develop a fully automated MetaTrader 5 trading bot focused primarily on EUR/USD, inspired by the functionality of modern algorithmic trading systems.

The bot should run 24/6 on a dedicated VPS and analyze the market continuously, refreshing approximately every second rather than waiting for candle closes.
