3. FIRST TRADE – MANUAL

The first trade of every new basket will be opened MANUALLY by me.
EA must automatically detect the first manual trade.
If first manual trade is BUY:
→ Basket direction = BUY
→ EA may automatically open BUY trades only.
If first manual trade is SELL:
→ Basket direction = SELL
→ EA may automatically open SELL trades only.
EA must NEVER automatically open an opposite-direction trade.
IMPORTANT:
The manual first trade is NOT counted as one of the 40 automatic
averaging trades.
The 40 automatic trades are ADDITIONAL trades opened by the EA.

4. 24-HOUR TRADING

EA must be available 24 hours whenever XAUUSD is actually tradable
at the broker.
There must NOT be a fixed restriction such as:
09:00–23:00 IST
The reason is that I may manually open the first trade at any time,
including early morning.
Recommended input:
Trading Mode:
1. 24H
2. Custom Session
Default:
24H
When 24H is selected:
→ EA can operate during all broker-available XAUUSD trading hours.
Trading ON/OFF must remain available manually.
If Trading = OFF:
→ EA must NOT open new automatic averaging trades.
→ Existing basket must continue to be monitored.
→ Existing basket profit/loss management must continue.
→ Manual trades can still be added by me.
→ Same-direction manual trades must still be detected and included.
→ When Trading is turned ON again, automatic averaging can resume
if all protection conditions are satisfied.

5. AUTOMATIC GRID DISTANCE

Automatic averaging distance:
EVERY 5 POINTS.
For a BUY basket:
→ New BUY averaging trade is opened after each 5-point adverse move.
For a SELL basket:
→ New SELL averaging trade is opened after each 5-point adverse move.
The grid must follow the adverse direction only.
Example for BUY:
Initial manual BUY

6. AUTOMATIC LOT PROGRESSION

The automatic trades must use:
Automatic trade #1 = 0.01 lot
Automatic trade #2 = 0.02 lot
Automatic trade #3 = 0.03 lot
Automatic trade #4 = 0.04 lot
...
Automatic trade #40 = 0.40 lot
Lot increment:
+0.01 per automatic trade.
Therefore:
0.01 + 0.02 + 0.03 + ... + 0.40
= 8.20 total automatic lots.
IMPORTANT:
The manual first trade's lot size does NOT change the automatic
lot sequence.

7. MAXIMUM AUTOMATIC TRADES

Maximum automatic averaging trades:
40
There must NEVER be an automatic trade #41.
After automatic trade #40:
→ No further automatic averaging is allowed.

8. MAXIMUM AUTOMATIC GRID RANGE
==============================================================
Grid distance = 5 points.
Maximum automatic averaging distance = 200 points.
Therefore:
5 × 40 = 200 points.
Automatic averaging levels are:
5 points
10 points
15 points
20 points
...
195 points
200 points
After the 200-point automatic averaging limit is reached:
→ EA MUST stop automatic averaging.
→ EA must NOT open trade #41.
→ EA must NOT extend the automatic grid beyond 200 points.
IMPORTANT:
200 points is ONLY the maximum automatic averaging range.
200 points is NOT the basket Take Profit.

9. LAST EXECUTED GRID LEVEL / LOT SEQUENCE
==============================================================
EA must remember the last automatic grid level that was actually
executed.
EA must also remember the highest automatic trade number already
executed in the current basket.
The automatic lot sequence must NEVER reset because of:
- Manual partial closing
- Manual closing of profitable trades
- Manual addition of trades
- EA restart
- MT5 restart
- VPS restart
- Internet reconnection
Example:
If automatic trades #1 to #20 have already been executed and some
of those trades are manually closed:
→ EA must NOT restart from 0.01.
The next automatic trade, if still within the allowed 40-trade/
200-point limit, must continue with the next unused automatic lot.
Previously executed automatic grid levels must NOT be reopened
just because their trades were manually closed.

10. AFTER 200 POINTS – MANUAL ADDITIONS

After the 200-point automatic averaging limit:
→ Automatic averaging stops completely.
However, I may manually add trades in the SAME direction.
Example:
BUY basket reaches 200-point automatic limit.
I manually add another BUY trade.
EA must:
→ Detect that manual BUY trade.
→ Include it in the active basket.
→ Include its lot size.
→ Include its entry price.
→ Include its actual floating P/L.
→ Recalculate the complete basket P/L.
→ Recalculate the basket recovery/target requirement.
Manual trades added after 200 points are NOT counted as automatic
trades and must NOT restart the automatic 40-trade sequence.

11. MANUAL TRADE DIRECTION

Same-direction manual trades:
→ Include in active basket.
Opposite-direction manual trades:
→ Do NOT include in active basket.
→ Do NOT use them for basket P/L or basket target.
The EA must never convert a BUY basket into a SELL basket or vice versa.

12. MANUAL TRADE EXPOSURE SAFETY

Provide editable safety inputs:
Maximum Manual Added Lots
AND
Maximum Total Basket Lots
The EA must never exceed the configured maximum total basket exposure
through its own automatic trades.
Manual trades beyond configured safety limits must be handled
according to the configured protection and must NOT cause the EA to
violate its exposure limits.

13. BASKET MANAGEMENT

All same-direction trades belonging to the active basket must be
managed as ONE combined basket.
The EA must NOT use separate fixed TP values for individual trades.
Basket management must use the actual combined MT5 floating P/L.
The EA must continuously calculate:
- Number of active basket positions
- Total basket lots
- Average basket entry price where applicable
- Current combined floating profit/loss
- Current recovery requirement
- Current extra-profit requirement
- Current basket target
- Automatic trades already executed
- Remaining automatic trades
- Last executed grid level
- Remaining automatic averaging distance

14. DYNAMIC BASKET TARGET
==============================================================
The basket target is based on the CURRENT actual floating loss.
Formula:
Current Floating Loss = X
Target Percentage = Y%
Extra Profit Required =
X × Y / 100
Total recovery requirement =
Current Floating Loss + Extra Profit Required
Example:
Current basket floating loss = 140
Target percentage = 10%
Extra profit =
140 × 10 / 100
= 14
Therefore the basket should be closed when the combined basket reaches
approximately +14 net profit after recovering the 140 loss.
IMPORTANT:
This calculation must be based on the ACTUAL combined MT5 basket P/L.
Do NOT calculate the basket target using only:
- Last trade lot size
- Approximate point value
- A fixed number of points
The final EA must use real MT5 position/account P/L data.

15. WHEN CURRENT BASKET LOSS CHANGES
==============================================================
The basket target must dynamically update as the actual basket P/L changes.
Example:
Current loss = 140
Target = 10%
Required final profit = +14
If later current loss becomes 100:
→ Extra profit = 10
→ Required final profit = +10
If later current loss becomes 50:
→ Extra profit = 5
→ Required final profit = +5
Therefore the target is dynamic and must continuously reflect the
CURRENT basket floating loss.
If the combined basket becomes profitable, the EA should use the
configured target logic and close the basket once the required target
condition is satisfied.

16. FIVE-TRADE TARGET BLOCKS

Provide separate editable target percentages for:
Active basket trades 1–5

17. IMPORTANT – ACTIVE TRADE COUNT VS AUTOMATIC TRADE COUNT

The 5-trade target block must be selected according to the
CURRENT NUMBER OF ACTIVE POSITIONS in the basket.
It must NOT simply use the number of automatic trades ever opened.
Example:
If basket has 25 active positions:
→ Use 21–25 target percentage.
If some positions are manually closed and only 21 positions remain:
→ Use 21–25 target percentage.
If manual additions cause the basket to contain more than 40 active
positions:
→ Use the 36–40 target percentage for 41+ active positions, unless
Target Mode is MANUAL.
This rule must be implemented clearly.

18. AUTO / MANUAL TARGET MODE

Provide:
Target Mode:
1. AUTO

AUTO:
→ EA automatically selects the target percentage from the
appropriate 5-trade block.
MANUAL:
→ I can manually set the current basket target percentage.
The target percentage must be changeable while a basket is already
running.
Example:
Current target = 10%
I change it to:
5%
8%
12%
15%
The EA must immediately recalculate the basket target.
NO EA restart should be required.
The basket must NOT be closed/reopened merely because the target
percentage was changed.

19. MANUAL PARTIAL CLOSE

This is a critical requirement.
Example:
40 basket trades are active.
I manually close 9 profitable trades.
The EA must NOT consider this a new basket.
The remaining 31 trades remain part of the SAME basket.
Immediately recalculate:
- Remaining active positions
- Remaining total lots
- Actual current basket floating P/L
- Current floating loss
- Applicable target percentage
- Extra profit requirement
- Current basket target
The EA must NOT automatically reopen the 9 manually closed trades.

20. MANUAL CLOSE + GRID CONTINUATION

After manual partial closing:
→ Basket remains active.
→ Previously closed trades remain closed.
→ Their old grid levels must NOT automatically be reopened.
If price later moves adversely again:
→ EA may continue automatic averaging from the LAST EXECUTED
automatic grid/reference level.
The automatic lot sequence must continue from the next unused
automatic trade number.
It must NOT reset to 0.01.
The 200-point maximum automatic range and 40 automatic-trade maximum
still apply.

21. EXAMPLE OF GRID CONTINUATION

Example for BUY:
Last automatic BUY grid/reference level = 44.35
If price moves to 44.40:
→ This is favorable movement.
→ EA must NOT open another BUY averaging trade.
If price later moves adversely below the last executed/reference level:

→ EA may continue the next required automatic averaging trade,
subject to the remaining automatic trade and 200-point limits.
No duplicate automatic trade may be opened at the same grid level.

22. BASKET CLOSURE

When the complete basket reaches the calculated target condition:
→ EA must close ALL active positions belonging to that basket.
After all basket positions are successfully closed:
→ Basket state is reset.
→ EA waits for a NEW manual first trade.
A new automatic basket must NOT start automatically without a new
manual first trade.

23. TRADING ON / OFF

Provide a clear Trading ON/OFF control.
Trading OFF:
→ No new automatic averaging trades.
→ Existing basket continues to be monitored.
→ Basket P/L calculation continues.

→ Same-direction manual trades can still be detected.
→ Manual partial closes are detected.
→ No basket reset occurs.
Trading ON:
→ Automatic averaging may resume from the existing basket state if
all configured safety conditions are satisfied.

30. RESTART / VPS / INTERNET RECOVERY

This is mandatory.
If:
- MT5 restarts
- EA restarts
- VPS restarts
- Internet disconnects

EA must recover the existing basket automatically.
It must identify and recover:
- Basket direction
- Active basket positions
- Manual same-direction positions belonging to basket
- Lot sizes
- Entry prices
- Current floating P/L
- Total basket lots
- Automatic trades already executed
- Last executed automatic grid level
- Remaining automatic trade capacity
- Remaining automatic grid distance
- Current target mode
- Current target percentage
- Current basket target
EA must NOT duplicate any already executed automatic trade.
EA must continue from the exact existing basket state.

While a basket is active:
Same-symbol, same-direction manual positions that are added to the
basket must be detected and incorporated into basket calculations.
The EA must update basket calculations automatically whenever:
- Manual trade is added

- Automatic trade is opened
- Price changes
- Target percentage changes
Opposite-direction positions must remain excluded.
