Spezifikation

I have an existing Recovery Zone EA for MetaTrader 4 (MT4) that is currently semi-automatic.
I want this EA to be modified so that it becomes fully automatic, and then converted into MetaTrader 5 (MT5) after the modifications are completed and tested.


Below are the exact requirements:

  1. The EA must be fully automated — it should open and manage trades automatically without any manual input.

  2. The EA should always start trading with a Buy position when activated.

  3. Add a news filter system that automatically handles high-impact events (such as NFP, FOMC, CPI, etc.):

    • The EA must not open any new trades during major news.

    • It must close all open trades and complete any ongoing recovery cycle before the news.

    • After the news event is over, the EA should resume trading automatically.

  4. Ensure the EA closes all trades before major news to avoid exposure during volatile periods.

  5. Keep all existing Recovery Zone logic and trade mechanics exactly the same — do not change how it handles the recovery process, order spacing, or profit targets.

  6. The modified MT4 version must compile in MetaEditor 4 with no errors or warnings.

  7. Once the MT4 version is fully working and tested, convert it to MT5, ensuring that both versions perform identically.

  8. Final delivery should include both formats:

    • For MT4: .mq4 and .ex4

    • For MT5: .mq5 and .ex5
