I have an EA runs on MT5. What I am looking for is a trade copier that can copy trades from MT5 to a FIX account via FIX API with low latency  

It can be implemented by C#,C++ or Java.

MUST HAVE features:

1. Copy trades from MT5 to FIX API account with low latency MT5 runs on Windows Server VPS.

2. Copy trade sizes based on the BALANCE ratio of MT5 account to FIX API account with adjustable risk ratio

3. FIX API execution reports written to logs.If partial or not filled   show alert  

4. Show all real time FIX API positions on a MT5 chart or a separate GUI  

5. All source code should be delivered  


Good-to-have features 

1. Can mannually open FIX API orders on MT5 plugin or GUI.

2. When copying trades from MT5 to FIX API, have the configuration to choose between LIMIT (with negative or positive offset value) or MARKET orders.
