Ai spike Indicator

Create an Ai based indicator that is able to identify sudden market movements known as spikes on boom and crash indices on the deriv market. The Ai should incorporate these strategies for better precision on getting signals, these strategies include support and resistance on 4 hour time frame SMC, CRT, ICT, Strategies volume trend, volatility pure price action tick velocity, momentum and key points on fibbonacci tool and also trend in order to get accurate spike signals on 1 minute and 5 minute time frame. It should be purely Ai driven since the Ai will understand these strategies well, all the parameters should be displayable on mt5 chart, it draws buy and sell arrows as spike signals, draws h4 S/R, OB rectangles and swing fibo, I should also support alerts and push notifications to mt5 terminal on android phone. The Ai should also learn historical data on mt5 chart and get signals on previous areas where spikes appeared the Ai should be very strong in matering tick velocity, volume and volatility in order to get accurate signals.
