MyFXBook history to buffer and arrow markers.

Simple idea. We take my fxbook history from a single instrument acc. (probably as a pasted csv file). The file records a buffer of zero on all candles from 0 to rates_total, but we have 7 buffers and 4 plots (1) set to 1 where a buy was placed (2) set to 1 where a sell was placed (3) set to 1 where a buy was exited (4) set to 1 where a sell was exited, (6) set to 1 for whole duration of buy trade, (7) set to 1 for whole duration of sell trade. Arrow below to denote buy, arrow above to denote sell, other arrow above to denote close buy, other arrow above to denote close sell. Need to clean or standardise the file and define/ align the instrument and dates / times. Should be fun and interesting.
