EA That opens a trade when (turned on) right after current time frame candle close

I trade using market orders, but sometimes if I miss the exact moment, my entry price ends up being higher or lower than I intended. I need a tool that automatically opens a trade once a candle closes. The EA should allow me to set my stop loss and take profit in terms of price levels, and automatically calculate the position size based on my chosen risk. Additionally, I want the take profit to be set in a specific dollar amount. I also want the option to choose whether to go long or short for each trade. Once a trade is executed, the EA should stop running and will not open new trades until I manually activate it again.
