Simple limit and stop order placer

Please don't apply for the job if you can't get it done in the deadline I need this ea urgently pls.

How it works.

The ea will check for orders if none place pending order max 1 pending order for buy max 1 pending order for sell.

Input lotsize = 0.01

Input TP = 100 pips (make sure if I set tp to 0 no tp will be placed pls and ea will still work)

Input spread deviation = 2 pips

So I will have a list with values = [1.09754, 1.08754, 1.07754]

Then the ea must be able to get the current market value it must be updated each time and STORED in I don't know variable or something.

So then the ea will have two loops inside each other. The first one must firstly check for the following iether a buy, sell, buy stop, sell stop, buy limit or sell limit there must be a maximum of one order for buy side and one order available for sell value given in the list.

Then the ea wil if there is no buy or sell or limit or stop orders in place at the given values place the orders in their respective places.so there will be if I wod it correctly and calculated it correctly 4 cycles with 2 loops in each so one loop for buy stop one buy limit one for sell stop one for sell limit.

So what will happen is let say the value in the list is above the market price and there is no limit or stop order or open order I want it to place 1 buy stop order and 1 sell limit order for each value in the list above market price then the ea will sleep for an hour then it must start from the top again check for orders at each given value then place the missing orders at thet specific value let's say there is only a buy at that level then it must place only one sell limit order at that level. REMEMBER max 1 buy and 1 sell at each level. 

NB please put in a range due to slippage and or spread sometimes the broker opens orders 2 pips above or below the given value so it must check above and below the given values as well pls.
