Hello Great developer 

hi. I need a Telegram bot in PHP that will receive signals. There is an RSI indicator and EMA indicators below the chart. When certain conditions are met on these indicators, we receive a ping. We are using this specific chart: The main chart at the top is the one we need. There is also an RSI chart below. The basic condition for triggering a ping in the bot: When the RSI is below 30 and the yellow and blue lines cross on the upper chart, the bot should send a signal. Is this possible, and how would it be implemented? Would I write the code in PHP and upload it to my server? ctrader
is it possible to implement additional functionality for interaction with the bot and the platform?
