Translation Tradelocker (python) EA to mql5 MT5

I wish to translate and make run this Tradelocker script on MT5.

Backtest should also work. I already did a conversion and made this work thanks to chat gpt, but I had a modification to do and then it did not work anymore, or at least the backtest results in MT5 became awful.

This is why the backtest must perform neighboord performances of initial, that is to say about 30 to 80% of net return for last year.
