"I require a custom-built Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5 based on a mean reversion strategy. The EA should identify overbought and oversold conditions using the Relative Strength Index (RSI) and Bollinger Bands on the 15-minute timeframe for EUR/USD and GBP/USD.  Entry signals should trigger when the RSI crosses above 70 (for sell) or below 30 (for buy) and price touches the outer Bollinger Band.  The EA must include a trailing stop-loss and a take-profit based on a 1:100 risk-reward ratio.  I need robust money management features, including adjustable position sizing based on account balance and a maximum drawdown limit.  Experience with MQL5 and similar projects is essential.
