I'm looking for someone to code an EA based on two indicators Triple Exponential Moving Average and Parabolic SAR. 
EA will need to perform lots of calculations between values.

When Triple Exponential Moving Average and/or Parabolic SAR value at the current candle compared to the previous candle changed by certain value EA opens a trade.
I have attached a picture of the settings I would like the EA to have and commented on what the settings do(there was some copy/paste stuff, so might have errors), read them through and send all your questions to me.

Developer criteria - things I will look at when accepting a Developer

Realistic delivery time - I don't expect you to complete the EA in one or two days. If you can, that's great; it gives you more time for testing, but please provide realistic timeframes.

Projects - if you have 0 projects, I don't want to exclude you but along with your response with the timeframe and budget please send me the below details (or unfortunately you will be excluded) - 

I would like to know your experience with trading and using indicator-based strategies.  
Screenshot with both indicators on chart window with arrows explaining entry points and exits for the EA I'm ordering. USE ATTACHMENT for photos, don't know if that's true or not, but each time I paste screenshots in these text fields I get my IP banned by mql5.com.

Arbitration  - less is better, unless the majority is in Developers favor
