EA with Panel development based on 3 Level ZZ Semafor indicator

I need an EA based on 3 Level ZZ Semafor indicator. Trading strategy is explained here.

Only when the 3 Level ZZ Semafor indicator reaches 3rd level condition, the EA should buy or sell.

the EA should have a panel info on chart monitoring Drawdown, lots currently opened,how many orders currently opened and a close all orders button.It should close all orders at reverse signal,or at desired take profit at 10/30/50$ ,also there is a close all auto,at loss desired 10-20-100-1000$. A pip step orders need, magic number,comment, and tp pips and sl pips,should have trade full auto based on indicator or working like an manual tool,Wich we can open cycle buy or sell and close all manual via button. It should have news filter to work at desired time before and after.Should have time to choose when working at full auto mode. When orders in loss,it will open orders at desired pip step,when in profit it still open at desired pip step. Should have how many orders want to be opened,1 or 100 orders.  Should have option to trade by % risk 1-10-50 any value to risk. Mq4 code should be provided. The TP or SL based on currency's will close all orders assigned with magic number. It should print the Drawdown on order at the moment of order is open.
