Simple fix to arrow indicator

this indicator is histogram that give bars above and below 0 line, when certian creitrea is met a buy or sell arrow is plotted on the chart. i want to add a new logic where the buy and sell signals are only allowed if the histogram bars close on certian lvl ,, for example for sell trades use current logic coded already but add extra function that indicator check for that upper golden bar and only allow the signal if it has closed above 5 for example . same for buy trades.

these levels should be availabe to change in the indicator.
