Looking for a trading system based on moving averages that works on any time frame FOR BOTH MT4 & MT5

I want to make develop a robot which is below details .

Name:Saydul AI

Condition 1:For Buy order

A. Trend is down (if candle /market price )  stay down from Slow MA is  down trend ) but place order will be buy after touching First MA line (MA line and method customizable) through 1 bulish candle (it’s may ingulfing, pinber etc.) Must be 1 candle

 Condition 2:For sell order

B. Trend is up (if candle /market price stay  up from Slow MA is  up trend ) but place order will be  sell after tucch First MA line (MA line customizable) through 1 Bearish candle ( it’s may ingulfing , pinber etc.  ) Must be 1 candle

Condition 3:

Stop loss, take profit, Training SL or tp etc. available also breakeven set

Condition4:close or martingle

Order Close when opposition  effect or manual 

If not opposition direction and again same pattern then martingle apply with double lot

maximum 3 times martingle alow

 Condition 5:lot size

Lot size fixed or customizable

 Condition 6:Draw down

No trade execution if DD touch maximum 3%-4% within day customization set
