Developer for EA, who understands FVG, ICT and SMC for Metatrader 4

I am looking for a developer who can create an EA for me that opens trades with a mixture of the Smart Money concept and ICT. This EA observes the highs and lows in the higher timeframe (H1 or H4) with a fractal indicator. Liquidity levels must be created from this. After "sweeps" these levels, trades are placed as pending orders in the M1, M5 or M15 timeframe, in a Fair Value Gap (FVG) AFTER the market price has broken the previous structure (Market Structure Shift MSS or Change of Character CHoCH).

The developer should at least know what Fractal Hi/lo are, what an FVG and a Market Structure Shift are, then programming will be very easy for him.

If the developer cannot create a single fractal indicator with levels or an FVG scanner, two indicators can be compiled from the source code in the Tradingview.
