Convert pine script indicator to MQ5 expert advisor

Strategy enter on a signal with a stop loss and break even start and step in pips (user defined inputs). When the opposite signal pops up close the current order and open the new signal order. If the same type of signal pops up again do NOT close the current order and again enter a new order. No need for take profit since we have a trailing stop loss. Mark just the candle that puts out the signal no need for fancy drawings and unnecessary code. Inputs: lot size, stop loss with break even start and step, the indicator parameters.
