Simple Trade Management EA to do Partial Closes

I need a simple trade manager to be attached to the chart which can do partial take profits, partial stoplosses, breakeven. It will work on the chart pair it is attached to with lines on the chart to show for partial stops and profits that can be dragged to change as well. I have a free EA that does Partial Profits but doesnt do partial stoplosses. Unfortunately dont have the mq4 file for it so I here.
