Convert Oanda Tick Data into data format importable to MT4

Hi,

I have got tick data from Oanda and am looking for a way to convert it into 1min data importable to MT4. I have tried Amibroker and some online web tools with no success. I am looking for a C+ or other program that allows easy conversion of tick data into MT4 format. (By easy I meant without typing long command etc). The file is 2.6Gb but I have splitted it into small ones.  

I am willing to pay $10 for anyone who can direct me to a solution.
