I want to build a COPY TRADER, backed by MASSIVE influence in the forex community in the 100's of thousands of followers that can market our product ;)

Greetings coders, I am excited to request this monumental project we have in mind. I am searching for a coder that is capable of developing a copy trader that will stop operations and stop you from trading your slave accounts in the event that your set parameters are breached. We have a 70 page business plan with the details of how we can turn this into a lucrative project for all parties involved. The configurations I am searching to add on this platform goes as follows: 

1. -% RISK PER TRADE (ONCE SL IS ESTABLISHED, A RR AND % IS NOW IMPLIED. IN THE EVENT THAT THE BOT DETECTS TOO HIGH-RISK IT CLOSES JUST ENOUGH TO MATCH RISK PER TRADE.)
