Indicator dashboard to measure performance of other MT4 accounts

I would like to create a dashboard indicator for MT4

It should show the performance of other running MT4 or MT5 accounts in the same computer (VPS).

E.g. 

There are 5 slave accounts and 1 master account (this master account is showing the performance of the 5 slave accounts). Possibly by using the MT4/5 account numbers or a slave/master EA?

The dashboard columns should contain the following statistics:

Name (extract from each slave account # or magic number or a manual input for a unique account name)

Current Balance

Current Equity

Current live PnL

Current DD

Max allowable DD (manual input)

Total number of live trades

Number of live buy trades

Number of live sell trades

Current Daily return ($)

Current Weekly return ($)

Current monthly return ($)

Current Daily return (% of balance)

Current Daily return (% of equity)

Current Weekly return (% of balance)

Current weekly return (% of equity)

Current monthly return (% of balance)

Current monthly return (% of equity) 

Notes (manual input)

There should be the ability to insert up 30 slave accounts for the dashboard (i.e. there will be 30 rows max).

Happy to discuss further about the design of the dashboard etc.

There should be a test version available to try before final payment.
