Design trading EA for forex and other markets financial trading

I want an EA that will automatically trade forex, crypto and other markets.

Two Indicators to be used will be send to preferred developer.

BUY 

1. ON the first confirmation indicator, the green line is above the red line  and

2. The Emiwealth Explosion, the green bar is above the signal line.

SELL:

1. when the first confirmation indicator, the red line is above the green line  and

2. The Emiwealth Explosion, the red bar is above the signal line

there should be a continuous check of the first confirmation indicator and the Emiwealth Explosion until trading opportunity is gotten.

multiple trades on one pair is not allowed. One trade should be closed before another trade on the same pair is opened.

Risk:

Risk should be fixed amount bit I should be able to change the amount.

Telegram signal should be sent on BUY and SELL signals

I should be able to back-test the EA so as to improve it.
