MT5 EA Trailing Stop Loss

I need a trailing stop based on below logic:

Purpose: Monitor all the contracts in open position and adjust the stop loss price based on target price.

Status: I executed deals. At the same time, I input the initial stop loss price and profit taking price. 

Programming for:

1. Get the profit taking price and entry price from the deal information.

2. Monitor the current price.

3. When the current price move to 30% of (profit taking price - entry price), move stop loss to entry price;
When the current price move to 60% of (profit taking price - entry price), move stop loss to 30% of (profit taking price - entry price);
When the current price move to 90% of (profit taking price - entry price , move stop loss to 60% of (profit taking price - entry price)

4. I need this for both buy and sell trade.

5. When I manually close a deal, the program stop monitor the deal.

6. I can turn off this program anytime for a specific deal while other deals are kept monitoring by this program.
