Help Create an EA that works based on 2 indicators from trading view

Spezifikation

i want to create an EA based on this 2 trading view indicators

(1) Smoothed Heiken Ashi: No changes need to be done to its settings

(2) Traders trend dashboard : No settings need to be changed. we will need to show the 5min,15min,1 hr and 4 hr.

-Time frame: will be 5 min

-Pair: Gold XAUUSD

-EA Trading Session will be between 8am -5pm United Kingdom time.

-i would like to have this indicators show on the graph as the EA takes trade.

-Trading condition: The EA should buy immediately a 5 min candle closes and all 4 timeframes (5min,15min,1hr,4hr) from the "Traders trend dashboard" are GREEN meaning buy, also EA should sell immediately  a 5 min candle closes and all 4 timeframes (5min,15min,1hr,4hr) from the "Traders trend dashboard" are RED meaning Sell.

-Risk management: TP should be 750 pips from entry and SL should be 300 pips from Entry. that's a 1:2.5 risk to reward ratio.

-Trade size: each trade should be 1% of the trading capital. meaning for every 1% risked there will be a potential profit of 2.5%
