Adapt an existing indicator

I'm looking for a programmer who can adapt an existing indicator for me. Below (graphic) you can see what the indicator outputs. It shows a white dotted vertical line at the end of the year and an average price trend over the last 10 years. As a forecast, the indicator is shifted one year into the future. You see, everything here is laid out at an annual level.

⇒ Your job is now to add an input called “Mode”.
It then looks like this - Input: Mode (Year, Month)

⇒ As you can already see, everything should now be adjusted from annual to monthly. This means that if I switch to monthly, the white dotted vertical line always appears at the end of the month and the calculation is then made on a monthly basis. In addition, the forecast (the green indicator line) then extends one month into the future. We now go down from the daily chart to H4 or H1
