Modification of External Filters for FXBlue local trade copier

The FXBlue local trade copier has MQL code libraries called "CopierSenderFilter" and "CopierReceiverFilter". We are allowed to modify these library files and if the setting "UseExternalFilters" is turned on, the sender or the receiver can filter the trades based on the specified conditions.

Requirements: I would like the sender to broadcast new trade entry signals after x number of minutes following the last copied trade. For example, if x = 30 minutes and the last copied trade was at 16:02, then all new entry signals should be ignored until 16:32. The filtering condition should always verify the current time of the new entry signal with the time that the last order was placed in the account. I would like to have these modifications in both the "CopierSenderFilter" and "CopierReceiverFilter" library files. I would also need the souce files of these modified libraries to change x depending on the asset traded and market conditions.

I would only like the entry signal modified via these libraries. All exit signals should remain as configured, i.e, if an exit signal is received during the x-minute interval, the trade should be closed, whereas new entry signals will be disregarded until the expiration of the x-minute interval.
