Spezifikation

This is the first phase of a two-phase project.

Step 1) Review the code of the indicator to identify why it does not paint properly when used in the Strategy Tester; And, identify if it repaints in normal use (it does not seem to repaint from my observation).  The goal of the first project is to determine yes or no whether it the code can be corrected.

Step 2) A follow-on project for you if you accept this first project... to fix the code of the indicator based on your analysis of the code issues.

If you take on the research step, and find that the code can be fixed, then we will negotiate the second project of fixing the code based on the complexity of the code correction.

This is a very significant indicator, if it can be fixed.

When you are finished, please provide the updated source code at handover.
