Time Based Fractal and FVG Indicator

I need the following indicator to do everything below - Preferably someone who already knows what a FVG is. If not, can explain it anyway.

1. Plots the high/low of the range between a specific time input (Able to change time input and colour of high and low)

2. Add trading times input - Only sends alerts and changes the Direction text during these times. Outside these times, no alerts and direction to be set to 'NONE'.

3. Sends me an alert once this range has been traded through (Send alert to computer/mobile etc giving the option to choose) - Only use the current days range high and low. No need to consider any previous days.

4. Add small text box on screen, showing the direction (Trading through the high of range will show 'Direction: SELL'. Going below the range will show 'Direction: BUY'. Inside the range will show 'Direction: NONE'.

5. Show every Fractal high and low with a dot symbol above/below candle (Fractal 3 bar pattern - fractal high = a candle with a lower candle each side - fractal low = a candle with a higher candle each side of it) fractal high = dot above candle - swing low = dot below candle - able to change colours.

6. Send an alert once a candle has closed above/below the most recent fractal candle - the candle close has to be after the high or low of the range has been traded through. Only send alert in the direction I need of candle close, then draw a line on the fractal candle to the candle that closed below (Enable/disable alert and able to change colour of line) Will explain direction later.

7. Show FVG’s on current time frame and 3 more input time frames - Overlay the higher time frame FVG’s to smaller time frame with label on chart showing the time frame next to the FVG. Only shows FVG’s in the direction of the setup with filter option. Input to disable Directional FVG's, if disabled 'Direction FVG Filter' it will show all FVG's. Be able to enable/disable time frames it uses to show FVG’s if I don't want to use other time frames. BISI outline in green, SIBI in red for FVG.

8. Send an alert when price goes into a FVG after the candle closes above/below fractal in needed direction.

How it works for buy trade example:

1. Plots the high and low of a specific time range I input.

2. Wait for low of the range to be traded through. (Sends alert saying ‘Potential Buy Setup!' and change text on screen from ‘Direction: NONE’ to ‘Direction: BUY’.

3. Wait for a candle close above the most recent fractal high candle on current time frame. (Sends alert saying 'Swing High Broken Confirmed!' and draws line from fractal candle high to candle which closed above)

4. Show’s BISI FVG’s only using the current time frame and time frames I chose in inputs. Will explain what BISI FVG is later.

5. Sends alert when price goes into a BISI FVG after the candle closes above the most recent fractal candle.

How it works for sell trade example:

1. Plots the high and low of a specific time range I input.

2. Wait for high of the range to be traded through. (Sends alert saying ‘Potential Sell Setup!’ and change text on screen from ‘Direction: NONE’ to ‘Direction: SELL’.

3. Wait for a candle close below the most recent fractal low candle on current time frame. (Sends alert saying 'Swing Low Broken Confirmed!' and draws line from fractal candle low to candle which closed below)

4. Show’s SIBI FVG’s only using the current time frame and time frames I chose in inputs. Will explain what SIBI FVG is later.

5. Sends alert when price goes into the SIBI FVG after the candle cloes below the most recent fractal candle.

Need to be able to use it on Soft4FX or FT5, to see if it runs smoothly on back testing software. If not. I will need another version as well as this one, just removing everything not really needed, for back testing, being the alerts and multiple time frame FVG's showing as you can only back test using one time frame anyway.
