Spezifikation

Hi, I need an experienced trader/developer to code me an ea based on the parabolic indicator in mt4 and 5. The rules are simple. If a parabolic is pointing downwards, price must close below the previouse  last parabolic poin/line (See screenshot) Price must close with body and not wick. The same goes for buy position. I want a trailing Tp option, a EMA filter option and an option to choose a SL option of position close if price breaks above/below EMA when trend changes.
