I want to make an indicator that pushes notifications when indicator "The Binary Destroyer 7.0 RSI" (attached) draws lines on the chart (settings as shown below)

Notifications are pushed immediately when the line is drawn

IF The drawn line will move and disappear, It doesn't matter if it's the first drawing or the next draw, just the drawn line will push the notification. Even when it moves, push notifications.  Notifications are pushed immediately when the line is drawn

Notifications: mobile phone, email
