Need help to create a Simple Panel on MQL4/MQL5

Hello , i need help to create a Panel on  MQL4/MQL5. I want from the input parametaers to be able to change all the colors of the elements 

that are forming the panel. I want to panel to include a Button, an Edit Label and a Combo Box. I want to be able when i close the platform and open it again

the state of the Button,  price of the Edit Label and the price of the Combo Box be the same as it was before the platform was closed.
