Coder needed for EA...Please help

Need help building an expert advisor based on below trading specification

Metatrader 4 expert advisor (mt4 EA) need to be programmed and also name it Smart Recovery Hedge EA , It should open trades on break of Low/High after pull back in a trending market which is calculated from Moving Averages You can refer a MA based pull back strategy in the below link:- https://youtu.be/zhEukjCzXwM I do not want to generate multiple oreders as in this video. I need to set max target profit in multiplier of ATR. Option for Break Even Start in multiplier of ATR. Option for Break Even Stop in multiplier of ATR. Option for Trailing Start in multiplier of ATR. Option for Trailing Step in multiplier of ATR. Option to choose Stop@Loss OR Smart Hedge Option for Stop Loss Value in multiplier of ATR. Option for Smart Hdge Pending Order in multiplier of ATR. If In the Money, Repeat the process If Out of the Money Do:- Smart Hedge Please refer the hedge procedure from the link below:- https://youtu.be/Fzh4dNhYga0 it should perform all the process required for th recovery Opening, Trimming, Squeezing, Building from inside unitil OTM is settled with profit. For this we need to input Option for Opening/Trimming/Squeezing/Profit offset all parmaeters in multiplier of ATR. After recovery, Restart pull back trading. Please note that I require all price movements in terms of ATR (Average True Range) with period I need to try with 1000 candles for the selected timeframe.
