An utility to filter entries with a dashboard and improve my market EA

I need a utility to filter trades  from my EA according the trend and improve its results. It is a manual analyzer dashboard of aprox 10 indicators including Ichimoku in multi-timeframe to limit operations only buy/sell or both according the customizable dashboard configuration to read the market condition. In addition, a news filter to restrict and/or close trades prior/after events. 1 market EA for each platform  I think, since I don't always have each magic number, and several pairs operating may be, full automatic.
