Trade after two candles

I need an Expert Advisor for Meta Trader 4 with the following specifications:

If the direction changes after a completed candle (from long to short or from short to long), a position should be opened after two identical candles.

Long and short

- Input of lot size

Magic number

As an explanation, I have drawn the following in the attached chart:

Circle: Subsequent change of direction

Notch 1 + 2: Subsequent opening of a position.

In the attached chart, the Expert Advisor would open two positions.
