Making EA from indicator

hello guys 

i have an ea buy and sell dot,i like to change to ea(both mt4,mt5) based on that indicator :

1.after closing the bar,at the end of candle put pending order,either buy or sell according to the indicator ,also include input to put how many pips above the candle pending order should put 

2.lot size

3.stop loss 

4.take profit option t1,t2,t3 so i can define till how many take profit it go

5.breakeven

6.trailing 

7.start hour and end time hour  for indicator 

8.spread filter 

9.buy and sell select or both
