Kaufman Adaptive Moving Average with Bollinger Bands

Needed in MQL5: a well-annotated adaptation to https://www.mql5.com/en/code/10 which includes Bollinger Bands.

Inputs:

- AMA inputs as described in the code above 

- BB period 

- at how many standard deviations a BB line is drawn on both sides

I'd also appreciate the ability to include Bollinger Bands at multiple levels, for example at 1, 1.5 and 2 standard deviation
