I need an EA that will open for me an order then Reverse if stopped out with a limited Magintale sytem

I need an EA that will do for me the following trading plan.

Every day at 09:00 the EA should open a BUY order with a stop of 10pips and a PT of 10 pips.

If the PT is Filled another BUY order should immediately open with a new stop of 10 pips and a Profit Target of 10 pips and so further very time the PT is filled a new BUY order should open.

until we get stopped out by the Stop loss, then the EA should reverse and open a SELL order with again a Stop loss of 10 and a PT of 10, 

if my PT will get filled then another SELL order should open, but if the Stop loss is filled the EA should reverse again and open a BUY order.

I will need a martingale system that will ad one equal lot to the first lot size with every loss until a PT has been filled, then the next trade we start again with the original lot size only.

And so my EA will need the following components:

The original Lot size to begin with.

The time when my first Order should open.

An option to start with a BUY or with a SELL

The STOP LOSS and a PROFIT Target in pips for every trade.

An option if I want to use Martingale or not

If Yes how many of the original Lot size should be added with every Loss

A limit of how many times the EA should add to the lot size after a loss, and after that limit the next trade the EA should go back to it's original size.

An option to start each day the first day with an original lot size, or continue the martingale if valid from the previous day.

A time when the EA should stop taking new trades for the day regardless if the last trade was a loss or a win.

A maximum Profit and Loss for the day, wherever if he PT or the SL for the day is hit the EA should not trade anymore.

whatever can be open and flexible for me to change around should be so.

I NEED SOME ONE THAT CAN WORK ON THIS RIGHT AWAY AND FINISH BY TOMORROW.
