Managed colocation solution - API local trade copy

Hello

i need solution for HFT trading strategies. i have already good collocation on same ISP provider ( dedicate server ) same room and network of my broker. but still high latency numbers. 

local trader copy API but extremely fast could be also solution..

please contact by skype and we study the case, C++, meta trader api. any solution welcome, i,m ready also to share part of profitable strategy for work done. its just latency optimization.
