EA For Automated Trading Based on ATR Trailing Stop on Heken Ashi Candle Chart

I need help with developing an EA for automated trading based on ATR Trailing Stop on Heken Ashi candle chart.

EA Description:

Configurable Trading Start Time and End Time: The robot will start from "Start Time" and stop and exit all positions at the “End Time”.

Optional configurable EMA Filter with configurable Time Frames.

Configurable Order Size: based on contracts = integer (for trading futures such as MES, MNQ, M2K), USD and % Equity.

Optional configurable 2 Take Profits (TP1 and TP2) with configurable number of contracts to close/exit once the TP1 and TP2 is hit: Based on price points.

Optional Configurable Breakeven Stop Loss: Move the Stop Loss from, for example, -10 points (configurable) to, for example, 10 points (configurable) below the TP1 target once the TP1 target is hit.

Optional configurable Daily Profit limit and Daily Loss limit: The robot will stop and exit all open positions when the Daily Profit limit or the Daily Loss limit is hit until the next Start time and End Time Cycle.

Entry and Exit Strategy: Based on ATR Trailing Stop (configurable Fast ATR Period = 5, Multiplier = 0.5, and Slow ATR Period = 10, Multiplier = 3) and Heiken Ashi candles at close of the candle. Should take Only Long Positions when price is above the EMA and take Only Short positions when price is below EMA.
