An expert advisor needed on Robot creation that works on Moving Avareges

I ask from you to greate a bot that works on two moving averages, and will trade Crash 300. The parameters are accordingly: 

1st Moving Average: Period: 10

      Method: Exsponential

      Apply to: Close

     Colour: Red

2nd Moving Avarage: Period: 21

Method:  Exsponential

Apply to: Close

Colour: Green

When Crash 300 gives a decent crash, the two moving averages will cross.

The idea is that when they cross, the bot must insert the first entry on the first moving average. The second entry must be when the price is at the second moving average.

The Bot only folow two rules. The first rule is, the stoploss for both trades are 5 one minute candles(ticks) above the higher moving average. The second rule is that when the index crash, the bot should stay in for at least 3 one minute(ticks) there after before closing the trade, in the case of it giving another crash. Please look at the example and let me know whether you can do this, or not.
