An Expert advisor based on 7 moving averages and candle stick pattern needed

Spezifikation

Create an EA strategy using seven moving averages with inputs for specified periods, each calculated using the exponential method and based on the close price. Create day filter parameter inputs Monday through Friday, fixed lot size, SL Basket and TP Basket, EA type buy/sell, maximum spread size. If the candle stick touches one of the moving averages, I want a trade to open a buy if the trade type is set to buy. This should happen only when the moving averages are within X pips/points of each other. The trade should continue to open buy trades every Y pips/points of the candle sticks until all hit tp. same apply to sell. I'd provide a video clip if needed.
