Create a order system by voice command

I want a to make MQL5 based EA that execute order by voice *buy or sell on predefine settings

EA that ask below inputs in settings :

1.1  Fix Lot Size: Fix as input number each time

 1.2 Dynamic Lot size Leverage : based on Equity balance multiple leverage input -order size increase or decrease based on equity * multiple with levearge 
       Example : my account is 100000 USD and i put 3 leverage input so my lot will be like 100000*3=300000 USD devide by asset price 

2. Per trade SL: in pips so each order goes with Stop Loss as per pips 
    Per trade TP: in pips so each order goes with Take profit as per pips 

3. Multi-order at once : ON /OFF 
    if on mean i can multiple buy or sell orders many time as per voice command and off mean only one order at one time example if buy then only allow to sell first. it dont allow multiple same direction orders.

4. Inverse ON /OFF
    if on it first close open trade and open opposite order , If inverse off it only close previous order then i open new order again. 

When i attach this to Specific asset chart it execure trade on that asset.
