Modification of an EA

hello i require a developer who is experienced in coding mql4 EAs to edit an existing EA that does not trigger when i need it too.

the spec for the last job is at the bottom.

The EA triggers at some signals but not all. 

the ea is triggering at the yellow lines but should be triggering at the blue lines aswell or instead.

Spec for this ea 

For long positions:

1. Price must be over Kijun sen

2. SSL signalling long

3.leman trend and qqe in long position

4.WAE green bar over signal line

For short position:

1. Price must be under Kijun sen

2. SSL signalling short

3.leman trend and qqe in short position4.WAE red bar over signal line

Signals must only be generated once when all these rules are met for one direction (long to long) unless the qqe crosses the other direction then back to the direction of current trend (see image above). however, this does not apply for if ssl changes directions (long to a short).

When rules are met the EA must open 2 separate positions at market order. 1 of these positions with be 1% value of account and have a stop loss and take profit of 1x atr value. the second position will also be a 1% value of account and will have a 1x atr value trailing stop loss.

I must be able to enter code and change the values of indicators and position size values.
