Converting a pine editor script to an metatrader 5 Expert Advisor

I have a 163 lines of code pine editor script that I want to be automated as an EA to take long and short positions as it was on metatrader. It sets SLs and TPs and runs until the trade end. It has specific trading hours and some other attributes and for that I am including screenshots.

This script is a blend of three free indicators (hull suite, Volume oscillator and VI) which checks of certain conditions and if its true, it takes the trade.

On the images, whatever is crossed out I don't want it to be included. If you want to you can include it but it is not required. 

In the settings of the advisor I must be able to change what I could change on the pine editor as well like the Risk to Reward ratio, the settings of the indicators, stop loss offset, numbers of bars to look back for deterring stop loss, etc. See the screenshots and you will understand.

One important thing is that I want the EA to be opening trades not on fixed lots but on account percentage size and that I will be able to be modifying this. And of course it will be operating during the times I set it in the settings. 

I don't know how much something like that costs and how much time it takes. It would be great if I can have it as soon as possible. I left budget and period open. Of course I will select the ones that responds to reality.
