Ea mt4 from 2 indicator

hi,

we have the price border indicator and one arrow indicator. i ve both mq file.

price border is like the bollinger band. 

when the price exit from this price border and we have the green arrow we enter in the trade. 

we need martingala with multi pip step, multi lot and 2 tp in case will be open the martingale to close all faster.

max opening order of the martingale and stop of the martingale to set yes or not.
