Spezifikation

I have an indicator provides an arrow signal under specific conditions, i need an EA based on the arrows but with extra entry conditions, also i need to control the entry level, TP, and SL using a fixed distance multiple lines 

For example: entry at L3 , TP at L1, SL at L5 and so on

so we need them as inputs, the EA should work on any currency and any time frame
