Need EA based off simple price action asap

Looking for an EA to be made based on a very simple price action pattern. We’ll go over the exact price action once further advancement but like I said it’s very simple so I don’t think it will be too hard at all. I just want it to have options for RR (ex: 1:2, 1:3 etc.), risk percentage parameter of account balance if possible (ex: risk 0.5%, 1% etc.), options of trading times, option for whether or not to trade with HTF directional bias only.
