Simple trade management EA/Script

EA or Script to be determined (please advise)

Need a simple EA/Script to do manage already open orders on a specific chart currency pair

For opened buy order (which will have SL already in place, but not TP):

1. When trade moves in profit the same distance as SL -> Move SL to 'x' pips past breakeven

2. Trailing SL every 'y' pips (y = original SL distance)

Vice versa for sell orders.

Should be able to manage 1 buy order and 1 sell order at the same time per chart.
