MT 5 Daily trade restriction script

Spezifikation

I need an Mt5 script which restricts  daily trade number for  a specific trade account number as such ;

 "1  trade per day /  per each symbol."

It should not be possble to disable "the script "  by user unless uninstalling 

and reinstalling whole MT5 platform.
